Hansen Corporation is proud to announce the release of its new ultra-quiet spring return damper actuator for the HVAC market. The Hansen model incorporates the patent pending Whisper MotionT air brake and the always reliable Synchron® AC synchronous motor. The Synchron® motor and durable geartrain have been the staple of the HVAC industry for dampers and valves through Hansen's many valued customers for years, but it was in the development of the actuator gearing and the spring return that Hansen developed the brake that not only protects the gears from high impact loads during the spring return cycle, but also gives it the very quiet operation.
