Hansen Permanent Magnet (PM) Synchronous Motors make the most of the natural strengths of PM synchronous motors. Because there are no brushes to wear, reliability is excellent even with the design’s inherently high speed potential. Hansen PM Synchronous Motors have reduced EMI, so they’re a popular choice for use around sensitive equipment.

Our PM Synchronous Motors are also efficient. With just 0.9 watts of input power and 11 mA of input current Hansen PM Synchronous Motors deliver 150 oz/in (1060 mN/m) of starting torque (at 120 vac, 60Hz).

Custom shafts are available, as are custom leads and terminations and voltages other than 120. These options mean you can put the advantages of Hansen PM Synchronous Motors to work in nearly any application.

Full Year Warranty
We will repair or replace without charge any Synchron motor which is used for an application approved by our Engineering Department which proves to be defective in materials and workmanship within one year from date of manufacture stamped on the motor.
